Really quick, before I get into those 5 things, I just wanted to talk to you about something. My friend, please understand that abdominal exercises do not remove belly fat. Ab exercises are good for strengthening your core and developing ab muscles... they do not remove the fat on top of those muscles. This is a VERY common misconception for those trying to lose belly fat. Your body needs breakfast considering the fact that it is basically starved from you not eating since the night before. Not getting breakfast is a surefire way to slow your metabolism down.
Now, I'm sure you took notice of the word I mentioned above... "power". What this means is that you have to eat a breakfast that is LOADED with all types of beneficial nutrients. Nutrients such as protein, fiber, and healthy fat are strongly recommended to include with your breakfast. The reason why is because getting these nutrients first thing in the morning will keep you from getting strong hunger pangs later in the day, they will help in boosting your metabolism, they will keep your digestive system running smooth, and so much more!
2. Get more protein... Getting more protein in your diet means faster fat loss, faster muscle gain, you'll feel less hungry during the day, and so much more! Oh, and please make sure that you get protein from healthy sources (such as fish, eggs, and lean chicken breast to name a few).
3. Detoxify... I'm not trying to scare you, but pollutants, toxins, and parasites can be living in your body! These nasty things will cause problems with your digestive system, they can add pounds on you, they can keep you fat, and they can cause diseases! Solution? Detoxify!
